The word “blissipline” is a combination of “bliss” and “discipline”: it is a practice facilitating the state of flow by giving your body, mind and spirit a feeling of peaceful elation and connection to your true self.
A discipline becomes a blissipline when it transforms into a way of life. This requires a true commitment to the process.
As a coach, I facilitate change and support people on their path of transformation, their quest for well-being, and their desire for performance.
