In 2009, researchers from the Department of Neurological Studies at the University of Frankfurt confirmed: “Lucid dreaming constitutes a hybrid state of consciousness with notable and measurable differences between the waking state and the REM sleep state.”

Starting Tuesday, February 20, 2024, an online workshop will provide step-by-step support as you implement your lucid dreaming practice.
A 4-session workshop during which you will discover the benefits of lucid dreaming, the habits to adopt, the emotional and psychological implications of the practice, and you will also be able to share your journey with other dreamers.
