Along the way, expect mud before seeing the lotus.
I wish I could tell you that once you hit the growing & evolving road you will face a beautiful trip. But let’s face it, darling, it’s a lie. It’s going to be messy, tedious, blissful also but mainly exhausting and painful. Unless… unless like me you see the silver lining in every «shitty» situation which is not in fact that shitty. Why? I am not into the idea that pain is the real game, that one needs to suffer to thrive but if one has to suffer, well, why not choosing of not wasting that suffering and turn it into a major green and eco friendly fertilizer instead of a toxic to environment – aka your body mind spirit sanity – contributor?
Mud is healthy.

Green grass can be suspicious. Think about children. Do you hear them say: « What a beautiful green grass, let’s play on it»? It’s as if green grass was kind of sacred; yet the way I see it, it reflects rules and games and competition. Green grass can be seen as a battlefield. Lots of us are considering their clean cut green lawn as a way of showing off to their neighbors. I swear, each Saturday is a competition of who’s going to have the best looking lawn in their garden. So it has a lot to do with the ego.
And the ego is what we want to tame while walking on our path.
The beauty of this personal itinerary lies in its messiness and freedom. A thing green grass can’t provide because of its longing for white chalk, scissors and land mowers to keep itself fresh. Spoiler: you can’t experience a transformation if you are focused on the external part of your path. The greenery.
You have to dive deep into the mud and embrace it.
Be inspired by children. I am pretty sure that you have all seen children play in the mud! And why do you think Mud Girl races are so popular?

When you crawl in the mud, it gives you a splendid opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you, starting with your ego. I challenge you to do it. You will connect to your inner child, I guarantee. Enjoy that bliss. And then also connect to your inner mental mud. I invite you to enjoy each and every step of your growth, whether it’s hard or fun. Enjoy it in the sense that you are grateful, even if it hurts. I have been there, I know how life can knock us down. But I also know how you can be lifted even in the saddest and health challenging moments. Take a leap of faith and trust the mud.
It will inevitably create a lotus.
That being said, you don’t have to travel alone. Feel free to reach out!
